Longhorn Village had a unusual request. Our brand new van was not fully equipped to have elderly individuals board safely. There were no handles for grabbing and the steps were too large. United access came up with an out-of-the-box idea that would help our residents board safely. They made the part from scratch and it was fantastic. The new device has been a lifesaver and our residents love it. 100% safe!!! Thank you for being the only company willing to help and thank you for the perfect service and care!!! Love these guys and highly recommend them!!!!

Excellent place to buy an accessible vehicle. The process can be long but worth the wait. The staff, Mary the Manager, Dave my salesman, Jordan with the whole maintenance staff, and the the front desk are excellent. I would recommend this facility to any veterans especially. I purchased an accessible SUV for me to drive with hand controls. This is the second conversion vehicle I've purchased here. Very pleased, will do business again!

The staff in this office was thoughtful and accommodating. The rental vehicles are really nice and clean, practically new. Our van had less than 5000mi on it. Vehicles are usually available, if not they go above and beyond to locate one for you in a timely manner. The management has a strong sense of urgency and works to resolve any issues or concerns you have while renting. I will choose United Access in Pflugerville every time!

The service here was excellent. Top-notch people who know what they’re talking about and do anything possible to make sure you get the product you need. Thanks to all at United Access, I feel more secure driving my vehicle where other solutions for hand controls were a little questionable. Special shout-out to my salesperson Dominic, he’s the man!

Awesome place & people. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. I WILL NOT go anywhere else. Even after the sale, they don't stop. Any little problem I have or had, in less than a week, they have me come in or drop my vehicle off. Shout out to...

This review is more about the policies of United Access, than the personal and services. The personal were great from the manager to the salesman to the maintenance people. When I purchased my new vehicle I was charged $116.50 as a Texas special inventory chassis tax which The dealer says "all sellers charge this tax". I say BS, I have purchased a number of vehicles in Texas since 2003. and because of my disability I have not paid one cent in sales taxes or any other taxes. I was also charged $150 administrative fee, ( basically a fee they charged to do the paperwork) which I would expect from a car dealership, but not from a Mobility dealer. When you consider the cost of the conversion at over 30K, the add on's are annoying and unnecessary except to pad the profit margin. I was fortunate that the VA paid for the conversion cost, but they do not reimburse the veteran for the add on cost of fees and inventory taxes. I was also charged a freight fee of $750 from Arizona to Austin Texas, the dealer told me this fee was lowered because I am a veteran, but really its another unjustifiable add on fee, that is not reimbursed, by the VA. As to the special inventory tax that was passed on too me, Texas law says vehicles that are converted for Handicap disabled use are not taxable, so how is it they can still charge me an inventory tax. I also had to pay $500 up front to have the vehicle shipped from Arizona( the factory) to Austin, Yes the $500 was removed from the final cost, but why should I have to pay something up front before I even see the actual vehicle? I was working with another dealer in Waco, who was a little slow in finding the vehicle I wanted, but that dealer was not charging me all the added on fees either.... Next time, I may do business with Mobility works in Waco, they seem to be more customer friendly when it comes to the extra fees.To be clear the add on fees where never discussed until the day I purchased the vehicle, and then they magically appeared on the sales contract. They should be upfront about these fees before the sale.
