Everything as promised! Delivered earlier than expected. Above and beyond my expectations! Staff friendly and knowledgeable with great communication (calls/texts/emails), excellent pricing, cleanliness, wide selection, and quality work! My new go-to for all my custom printing and embroidery needs! To top it off, I was running late for my pickup… The owner and staff waited after closing hours to make sure I got my order and was satisfied! Perfect work for my project! Top notch service! Cannot recommend. At first I emailed them images for my shirts that were not transparent pngs. I immediately followed up by sharing with them transparent pngs which they confirmed with me, in-person, they had received and were, in fact, transparent. What I received were shirts that clearly used the incorrect set of images.

I highly recommend using T Shirt Planet for all your business marketing products. My husband and I ordered hats, stickers and t shirts for our lemonade business. Worst shop on Harwin!!! Scammmmmmm alert: I placed an order. Was promised a time, but they didn’t meet it. Was avoiding me cause my order is time sensitive. If they couldn’t meet my needs, then why take the order. I’m standing here now cause I’m waiting on my other half of my order. He says they are printing it in the back. If you had it for three days why start printing once I show up. He says it’s a process. I been places and it’s been quicker.Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here. Now since my order is 6 hours behind, I have to rearrange my plans. Not a sorry or anything for wasting my time. They close in a few minutes and I’m still waiting!So responding with a sorry won’t change my mind on the way business is handled here.also a guy came in to order, no receipt or copy of order request. He heard my issue and asked for it since I was having issues. Which was what they did me. Quick to take your money, but not quick to serve you products. Update: a person came in with my items, so he wasn’t printing from the back. Which was a lie the whole time. What a shame!!! Charge me higher, but paying to outsource the item for cheaper.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are scammers!!! If I could give this place a 0 I would. Communication is not heard of at this place. Instead they up charge everything and order is not ready at pick up. They were going to sell me one shirt ready and other two not plain tshirt. Then want to say they can rush order Two shirts which cost more. But no communication was made until I drove all the way over here.
