The worst customer service ever. I went in saw the person I normally work with leaving work. She is amazin her name is Michelle and she should be rewarded bc she rocks.
But the person, young kid black hair, fingernail polish lied to me straight to. My face. I went to buy a tablet and check on a number that was going tto be imported. I told him I be back in five minutes my iPad is in my SUV and I had to get it. He said, I have you and when you get back up shortly as he is walking stuff to the back
. Up on my surprise he went ahead and got a new customer and then had the never tell me I had to wait. I own a software company and an elite new customer which means nothing to this store. I have five phones being brought over to T-Mobile Because his actions I am going to cancel my T-Mobile account on Monday and go to AT&T wireless. They keep their word and promises. They won’t lie to you either. Because this store claims they are not commission based but, they do get credit for setting up new accounts they lie to you to keep you there or this kid does. Don’t worry T-Mobile head of CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL GET A CALL. They are one of my closest clients in the past.

Don’t go there go somewhere else please.

Victoria helped my boyfriend and I through a complicated porting / new customer account setup, and she was absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of all the plans, all the new phone promotionals and she really works to get you the best value you can possibly get. She went above and beyond notifying us of some suspicious activity on the account and helping us get set up to resolve it. Seriously she is a godsend and a shining example of how customer service should be done. Other reps at the store are also positive and make a potentially challenging experience very smooth and I really appreciate that.

I rarely make my way into a T-Mobile store but today I decided I wanted to have assistance with my new watch and see about getting it on the LTE network. I drove over 30 minutes and fought Austin traffic to make my way to this store. It is labeled a T-Mobile Experience store so I figured this would be a top notch experience. I get there and I walk in and see many people sitting at tables, on the chairs, engaged with employees, etc. I start looking at stuff and one of the employees states that someone will be with me in a minute. I take a seat and begin to wait. And wait. And wait, and wait.. about 25 minutes go by. New people start arriving at the store and are immediately greeted by one of the employees and asked to sign in for a place in line. This happens again, and again, and again.. eventually I go to the person that said I would be assisted and asked him how do I get on the wait list? Mind you three other people have now gotten in front of me after I waited for over 25 minutes. No apologies or empathy conveyed. Just asked my name and told it will be another hour at least. I just walked out of the store and drove back home. Almost 2 full hours of my Saturday wasted with this T-Mobile Experience. Have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years. Seriously considering my options after today.

I had a great experience at this store - a very satisfying experience where I truly felt honored as a T-mobile customer.
I went it to get my number ported to my new phone purchased via T, and figured some services were not working. Mitch was helping me and he attended to the problem like he owned it and got it fixed. He did all the talking and explaining with back-end tech support. I casually mentioned that my login wasn't really setup as I had an older T account from years ago. Mitch asked if I can use another email to set it up. When I told him that ideally I'd like to avoid, he understood and treated it like his own issue. The customer orientation is beyond exemplary.
I would have expected most places would have turned me away and asked me to call a never ending tech-support and eventually ended up in signing up with a different id. But thanks to Mitch, he went above and beyond explaining in right terms to tech-support and clearly it wasn't easy, but he got it done!!
Mitch and Lakyn (store manager) then helped me with getting home internet connection. They put my best interest foremost and got me a deal that was 2x better than what I had in mind.
I like the store and staff and I now plan to be a long time customer of T-mobile because of Mitch's extraordinary help.

Long story short, we have been sent from store to store just because some system errors with such bad services from other stores.
Charlemage took us in so welcoming, assisted us all the way through the error, explained what happened, even helped us packing up our deferred trade-in phone! Thank you very much! Best customer service I ever had at T-Mobile hands down!
