been a loyal customer with t-mobile since 14 years. I never had experienced such horrible customer with T-Mobile. I been to stores all over city's and T-Mobile is always been so helpful. But the people that work there have horrible customer service. Both the employees and manager that work there had really bad attitudes. I bought 2 Samsung galaxy A15 two weeks ago with Ashley and she said only Samsung galaxy 7 watches free but she didn't explain me proper, we are charging $15 each line till your watch active but I got that information from T-Mobile so I realized so I went back to the store yesterday on oct 19th around 5:00pm and there are only two employees working there , one is Ashley and one men beside her so I asked them to return my two watches. one watch last day of return is oct 19th and second watch last day return is oct 20th . the men read my return policy and told me, my manager is not here so you come back tomorrow around 1pm or 2pm so I went back store today oct 20th and Manager name is Gustavo and one of the employe I guess , his name is Peter, but not sure but he has little long bear and taken care me today with very bad attitude, and he even refused to talk to T-Mobile customer service, while the t-mobile representative was trying to help him so he going back n forth to his manager and getting scam information and passing me so I went back to home and come back after 15 minutes and while coming I was talking with another T-Mobile representative and I explained them my situation and representative told me go to store , I will talk to them . that’s not your fault, you went for return your last day and manager not there so I get in store today and representative was on speaker and I was talking with store manager , his name is Gustavo and still talking with me bad attitude and saying cannot return because 1 day passed but I told him , I was there yesterday and your employe told me to come back tomorrow because you not there then T-Mobile representative show him , how to do return , if one day passed and then after he making another excuse and telling to T-Mobile representative , he don’t have physical recipet so my system not allow to return but representative show him , How to print receipt from his system , then he printed . even manager doest know , how to print receipt from there system. He trying to play with T-Mobile representatives but he cannot succeed.
To be honest , I don't know how the store is even running with these untrained and uninterested professionals working there. team doesn’t have enough experience, they are literally stealing customer and laying . T-Mobile will take care you guys soon!

Everyone from this store should be fired!!! Immediately! They are the most incompetent people! They don't help the elderly they actually talk down to them. Stephanie is such a rude woman and doesn't offer solutions to a problem. There is another gentleman there that likes to talk over people. Fire the staff and hire people that know the definition of customer service tmobile! I will definitely be closing my account because of this store the service was absolutely horrible!!

After coming to this store 6 times in the last month, I have never left the store even remotely satisfied with the service (I return only because it is walking distance). Told 1 time they have the model I want, I return next day they don’t have it, I call and they tell me they have it, come in the next day, rep says they have it, I start the process, then he tells me it will be 10 minutes before he can check the safe to see if he has it!?!?!? Pathetic. I will drive to another store from now on

Grateful for the wonderful service I received. It's hard to find great customer service but Hiuelfy and Juan know how it's done. Extreme dedication, the most patience, and respect. I was there for assistance on data transfer to my new phone and despite the time it took Hiuelfy was glad to help. T-Mobile is lucky to have exceptional employees. Thank you

Horrible service. Went to go purchase a phone and had an extra number added to my bill for no reason. When I went back to confront them about this they said they will take it off and fix it. WAS NOT FIXED and I got billed extra the next month. Had to call customer service to handle this issue.

These people are so incompetent its embarrassing. This worker told me the accessories for the phone are FREE. I get a bill later and its about $80. They are liars and I would not trust any of them. He also said my bill would be $50 and it was actually $100. Go to another Tmobile store

Si pudiera ponerle menos sería lo mejor ese lugar es lo peor ..ellos no te explican claramente las cosas solo por vender y cuando ves el recibo de factura y quieres llamar al servicio al
cliente ahí es donde te dicen todo ...en mi opinión si no están capacitado para vender que no engañen a las personas ...pésimo servicio y personal

If They Ask You Buying An Accessory Is Mandatory, We Don't Have Stuff That You Need In Stock Or Harras You Verbally! Just Write To T-Mobile! I Did Same After Recording A Video And T-Mobile Is Already Investigating Them! You Should Too!
