Our family reunions have always been a special time for us to come together and create lasting memories. And what better way to commemorate these precious moments than with custom-designed shirts? That's where our go-to printing and designing company comes in.

We have used them twice now for our family reunion shirts, and each time they have exceeded our expectations. The first time around, they printed 90 shirts for our family, ranging in sizes from extra small to 4x. Not only did they have a wide variety of sizes available, but they worked closely with us to design a shirt that truly captured the essence of our family.

Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality was evident in every shirt we received. The vibrant colors for our 2023 Punta Cana, Dominican Republic , the durability of the material, and the overall design of the shirts were all top-notch. We were so impressed with their work that we didn't hesitate to place our second order with them.

Now, as we plan our third family reunion in Charleston, South Carolina, there's no question in our minds who we will turn to for our shirts. This printing and designing company has become an essential part of our family reunions, and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I went hoping to get shirts worked on but it couldn't happen. But I'm still giving 5 stars. The man inside answered by questions and even gave me other options. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the work done but he did tell me where I could the shirts done. Who else would send customers to the competition? Someone who doesn't want to let their potential future customers down, thats who. Very friendly and Informative.

Went in with 2 T shirts needed printing. Great quality work and really appreciate them doing the work for me. Most other places just kicked me out the door when I said I only need 2 T shirts done. The customer service here is barely existent. I placed an order on October 2 & called to confirm receipt of the email. I had a special request and, as shown, they were unable to comply. Ok, cool.

Then, we get into when I need them by. As you can tell from the image provided, even via email the level of professionalism is minuscule to nonexistent. At the very least use proper capitalization and grammar.

Next, the payment. The T-Shirt Spot sent a full payment invoice to my email. I requested to pay a down payment instead because: first-time customer, thus far service and reputation is questionable, but I’d like to give y’all a chance. I called them the next day after no response. I was told the deposit was fine and they’d send the invoice right over. Never sent the invoice. Never called me to check on the status of payment. Never called to confirm my order. Zilch.

So, come Friday, today, I call:
“Hi, today’s the day you said my shirts would be ready by, are the shirts done? I can come pay full price.”
The response: “Oh, you never placed the order. You were supposed to pay first.”
Me: “You all informed me that you would send the updated invoice to me and my shirts would be ready Friday.”
TTS: “Oh, naw. They not done. We ain’t get your payment so we ain’t do the shirts. You should’ve called us.”

At this point, I instructed them to cancel the order. No apologies were given, didn’t even attempt an excuse. Just hung up. What the living hell? You try to support a business and this is the treatment you get. I would’ve been a repeat, consistent customer if the service was worth it. Y’all must do better. This is shameful.

I placed my order for two shirts on June 29th. It’s August 20th and I still haven’t received any of my items. I reached out via email multiple times and was giving the run around. When I attempt to track the package with the tracking number provided it states “USPS awaiting item”. TWO MONTHS LATER. Horrible business and customer service. Do not order from this business
