The best service I have received from any taco bell restaurant. The manager if I’m not wrong Mr.Paul was amazing always making sure everyone was getting their order right, cleaning the main room and interacting with customers. The employees are very friendly and polite.

This Taco Bell’s service is starting to suck because I went to the drive thru and I ordered the 12 taco party pack and I only got 10 tacos.
I was already home so I decided to call and the lady that answered the phone gave an attitude right away. Smh!!! Poor service!!

I was in the drive thru today. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. When I got home I had a completely different order. I went back and went to counter and spoke to the manager. I didn’t get his name, but he was so courteous to me and apologized about the mishap. This mishap was because of another customer who forgot his order and it messed up the entire line. Taco Bell did an amazing job to fix the problem! Hats off to an excellent manager and fantastic staff that immediately made me a new order! It was delicious! Thank you all so much!!!!

visited the Avon park location though I am a frequent Wauchula customer and I just want to say that the girl running this joint this morning around lunch time was doing amazing & I want to shoutout all of the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and the food was great regardless of how busy they were. I will be visiting more often!!!

Did not have items that were listed on menu in drive-thru. Was initially told they no longer had the listed as "NEW" item. Got to the window and was told they were out and did not know when they would get more. I advised that they should somehow mark the item out on the menu and was laughed at...
Will not be returning..

The worst experience!!!! Stood in lobby for 10 min waiting for someone to help me. Two employees sat in the office and played on thier phones. Worst taco bell EVER! CRAPPY service. More interested in the phone than work.
