Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The people make this place amazing. All the baristas are incredible, and Luis is my personal fave! This guy is just the kindest and most attentive person. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis. They are consistently great! I go to a few other locations on the northside that really make me appreciate this one! I've been going here for several years and have gotten used to seeing a lot of the same staff working, which I think reflects well on this particular location! I'm sad that I'll be moving soon and won't be frequently coming here anymore, but wanted to be sure to leave a review!

Wahrscheinlich sind hier hauptsächlich Mitarbeiter aus dem Gebäude zu Gast, aber es darf jeder hinein.
Ein Geheimtipp wenn man auf der Suche nach Starbucks -Tassen ist : sie hatten die "Been There" mugs "Texas' und "Houston" , und auch aus der neuen "Discovery-Series" Texas in großer Stückzahl vorrätig:)
Es gibt dort auch einen kleinen Food-Court mit Sitzätzen.

I’ve never really had issues until I started ordering online. I always specify oat milk in my online order and it’s even on the label on the cup, but lately my oat milk lattes have not been tasting quite like oat milk. One day I could taste the distinct flavor of Almond and on a day prior to that experience and today, it tastes like cow’s milk. I had to throw away nearly a whole cup of coffee! I have a mild dairy allergy and the symptoms I’m experiencing are consistent with what I experience when drinking cow’s milk. It could’ve been an honest mistake, and the customer service here is actually decent but I can’t risk my health.

I love it here ! I make it a part of my morning ritual . Every time I come they already know exactly what I need. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Luis. Genét is the most bubbliest morning person I’ve ever met. Her personality is contagious. It took a while for me to leave a review because the staff was changing up a bit. Overall my favorite Starbucks thus far.

Came in for a simple quick order of their drip coffee. Was waiting while the manager and the cashier were trying to solve a trivial question of how many star points to charge for a beverage for the patron ahead of me, which I get. However this went on for a good 5 min while the line behind me kept growing. If the manager could have solved the issue separately and let the rest of the patrons put in orders, it would have been more efficient.

Finally got my coffee order in with food too. The food took the normal time, but the coffee didn’t come out right away which is what I would expect for the drip. I asked the baristas and they just shrugged their shoulders. Finally the food came out, coffee wasn’t out, I asked and they finally made it and even then they got the size and milk order wrong.

I’m a visitor, don’t live in Houston, maybe this was an off day. Still, not the service I would expect.

Very rude and slow staff. A barista left the store with my drink half finished still on the counter. The barista that was left was slow, rude, and didn't pay attention to what was on the order label for the drinks. This location's customer service is in the horrible. Also, they seem to always be out of items that busier locations have in stock so having a hard time excusing the problem as a supply shortage for these items since the issues have been occurring long before the shortages. Seems more like poor inventory management on the part of management. This location needs a serious overhaul of staff.

Customer service if not very important here. I placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes early and proceeded to wait patiently at the "To-Go" station. I saw my order made and simply placed back behind the counter. No calling out a name or anything. I thought, well maybe it's not done (waiting on that final drizzle or something). Then, several other customers arrive and immediately drink are coming out (all being announce who they are for). Now, after about 15 minutes total wait, I go get in the ordering line because apparently it's rude to interrupt the barrista to get my drink. So now, finally, I have a half melted frappaccino and no apologies or acknowledgement of wrongdoing. For a prime location in downtown, this is ridiculous. Look elsewhere for your coffee fix.
