So this review isn’t for the bag, but it’s for an employee named Danielle who really helped me out.

Rebag had some weird setting on my purchase (probably due to it being a higher priced item) which made it so it could ONLY be signed for by me and FedEx kept coming at times I wasn’t home. Then I got a notice that the bag would be returned to sender. I was getting absolutely no help from the main customer service line or FedEx so I could a number for the Arcadia office and Danielle went above and beyond, including explaining the process to be strange and a possible glitch and even calling back multiple times to check in on me to see if FedEx had reached out. Oddly enough in my particular case, my package was being sent to a warehouse with instructions to NOT allow for direct pickup at any FedEx location.

Eventually both FedEx and Danielle were able to override this and arrange for me to pick it up at a location near me.

I’d just like to say that I truly appreciate her exquisite customer service skills and ability to tackle the problem for me. I am very happy to see employees of such major corporations actually caring about the customer and following through on their pledges to call back and check in. Thank you Danielle and the whole Rebag team! I’m about to be a VERY happy customer! ?

Scam!!!! Do not use this company! I sent a vintage Prada bag to sell… they “accepted” it based on description and photos! After MORE than 2 weeks they tell me they are still “vetting” the bag. Its now more than a month since I sent my bag and they tell me they wont accept it anymore and it will be returned in a week. I still don't have it returned! Unbelievable! They will not take your designer bags like they advertise!

SCAM!!!!

This company is the worst ever reseller I have worked with. Like they dont know how to operate and figure out their mess. I consigned an item for sell. Dropped my item to them since I already had approved quote for payment, waited 3 weeks to be paid and then on 4th week they sent me an email saying they refuse to buy it since I told them ill sue them for bias information. Out of sudden, i have been “begging “ them to send my item back. Every week they would say that they will send it next week. To the point i told them ill sue them if i wont get my item. Some rep said that they will send it within 10 days ( after me begging it for a month) and still nothing. Called and asked for it again- then they asked for additional 3 days. At that point i was fed up. On the forth day, someone sends me a tracking number stating my item was shipped. Mind me that tracking didnt update for another 3 days. Finally, i received the package back without my item. The box was empty. I called to customer service and some Julie was so rude. This girl is like call fedex and figure it out with them we aren’t responsible. Im trying to explain to her and without listening she repeats same thing like a radio. At this point im definitely moving forward with lawsuit. Hoping this will help other clients to avoid rebag.

Do you business either with The Real Real or Fashionphile who honor their word and respect clients and not like those unprofessionals who dont even have respect not to talk with you at the same time or give you an attitude like you are at fault.

WARNING ITEMS STOLEN:
When something is given and not returned it called stealing.

Rebag stole these items the original box set of clear shoe heel protectors also the two individual dust bags of BRAND NEW DESIGNER shoes which my daughter trusted to this company.

They returned. the shoes in a weak USED brown shipping box TOO BIG without any original wrapping to protect the shoes. So, both shoes looked worn the red soles were especially cuffed up in the shipping process or perhaps the employees worn them. I questioned if they are even the same pair.

THE REASON WHY IT MATTERS THAT THEY TOOK THESE.THINGS:
Because they've stolen the original box and total packaging including the brand name paper wrappings, the original set of shoe protectors and dust.bags actually ALL parts of the accessories sold included with the shoes.

CHANGED THE DYNAMIC:
Re bag's poor integrity and theft has jeopardized my the chances of selling the merchandise by taking away these things

Which is not the standard of presentation which my daughter presented to their company.
It seems vengeful like since the company failed to make the sale they've sabotage her chances by returning the merchandise in poor condition.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT'S BUSINESS:
The other items similar sold but at a very low price.

UNDERSTOOD IT'S NOT DESIGNED FOR THE CUSTOMERS GAIN:
Which optioned her to request the shoes back before taking a total lost.

LACK OF INTERGRITY:
Well, they ensured that she received that lost anyways. I was shocked at the condition of new shoes handed over in perfect condition and how they were returned.

LESSON ACCEPT ?
IF YOU'RE NOT TRUSTED RECIPROCATE THE SAME:
I went into the Arcadia, CA store with my daughter for the drop off. The employees were giving each other eye signals and whispering like we had stolen the merchandise. We picked up on their judgement because they made so obvious. My daughter asked if they needed to see receipts of the original purchases. We were reluctant to move forward ignoring red flags and excused their suspicious behavior because of snatch and grabbers.
We wondered if they were going to accuse us and call the police.

BE KIND:
Moving forward with the transaction after we left the Arcadia store we discussed how the employees had treated us like criminals. My daughter was overboard with kindness towards them in spite of how we were treated that day.

SUMMARY:
Maybe all is well as long as you allow them to keep your merchandise until you bottom up. I get it business is business. However the return created a thumbs down all the way to the bank account. This is the first and last time for Rebag.

I probably need to edit and make corrections however writing this message has given me a headache.

This place has very unethical practices so be careful selling here. Rebag gave me a cash out offer on 4x brand new bag, for which i accepted. Dropped it off, waited 10 days for my payment; however, they rejected one of my bags saying that there was a damage on the inside of the bag.
Since i have another same bag, I decided to submit another quote, for which they gave me another cash out offer that i accepted. The day i come in the worker makes me sign in saying that i came to drop off the bag, a few moments later she comes back saying we cannot accept this bag anymore.

So now i asked what is wrong with my "damaged" bag, and the worker says NOTHING is wrong with it. we just cannot accept this anymore...

what is the point of me driving all the way to Santa Anita to refuse an offer that REBAG has sent me.

Stay away from this company altogether. I asked for pictures of the item I was looking to purchase, as the pictures they had online were blurry. In the ad it said EXCELLENT condition with a few minor flaws. They were not willing to send more pictures of the bag or any of the flaws. I know several people who have been scammed by this company so please be aware before selling to or buying from them

This review is not specific to this location but for the company. I sent in a Louis Vuitton necklace to sell but they claimed the box was empty. So either someone had FedEx or Rebag stole it. Since I shipped it via a label they provided I couldn't open a case on my own and they refused to open the case on my behalf!! They didn't even bother contacting FedEx. I even tried filing a case via BBB but they still just ignored me.
