In my opinion:
I recently had the misfortune of visiting a Dr Oliveros, and it was by far one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I have ever had with a "medical professional". From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left, I was left feeling utterly dissatisfied and unsupported.

Firstly, the reception staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They barely acknowledged my presence and displayed a lack of empathy towards the patients in the waiting area. I felt like just another number on their assembly line of patients rather than a person seeking genuine help for my pain issues.

Once I finally got to see the pain specialist, my expectations plummeted even further. Not only did the specialist seem uninterested in my medical history, but they also seemed to rush through the consultation. They barely asked any relevant questions about my pain symptoms, which made me question their expertise and diagnostic abilities.

What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication and explanation of the proposed treatment plan. The specialist recommended a series of invasive procedures without thoroughly explaining their potential risks and benefits. My pain was not even in the location he was applying the relief too. It felt like they were trying to push these treatments on me rather than offering a comprehensive and personalized approach to manage my pain.

Additionally, the clinic's facilities were far from impressive. The waiting area was cramped, uncomfortable, and lacked any sort of soothing ambiance that one might expect from a pain management center. It did nothing to alleviate my pain or put me at ease during my visit. They like to blare Rock and Roll music as a form of advertising to their clients.

Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this pain specialist. They lack professionalism, empathy, and communication skills, leaving patients feeling unheard and dismissed. Their approach to treatment seems hasty and profit-driven, rather than patient-centered. I regret entrusting them with my health and will be seeking help elsewhere from now on.

I started treating with Dr. Oliveros in 2016. He was recommended to me. I have had 2 other pain management doctors that I truly liked in FL, unfortunately 1 I left due to staff, and the other retired. I have NEVER had a pain management doctor who truly cares about their patients, Dr. O does!! I was pretty easy to maintain my pain in the beginning but over the years it's been difficult. Dr. O never gives up. He's very knowledgeable about treatments, medication, and injuries. He's also a great medical marijuana Dr. If you want a Dr who doesn't push narcotics and would rather place you on medical marijuana, he's your dr. His staff is FREAKING AWESOME too. I have never had a complaint with any care, treatment, communications, etc. He is #1 for pain management in Central Florida as far as I'm concerned.

I have a very extensive history with doctors and I have to say Dr. Oliveros is one of the more compassionate ones. His staff is amazing; Carmen is a treasure and amazingly kind. From the moment you walk in, everyone has a very subdued demeanor, which I find excellent for the types of patients that frequent there. Like me, most people who see him are dealing with a great deal of pain, but it’s awesome that they supporting my choice to do natural and alternative methods which help tremendously. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

I was referred by my primary care doctor so wasn't sure what to expect. I've read a lot about pill-mill clinics and didn't really want one of those waiting in line with people sick (because they need pills), but I also didn't want a doctor who is so afraid of the DEA that they are afraid to write a script. Dr. Oliveros is an amazing doctor and his staff, every single one of them are exceptional. If you want a patient focused doctor (and staff) and aren't just looking for medicine (yes you will have to attend physical therapy) then you will be happy you chose Dr. Oliveros. My quality of life has gone from bad to good in a few short months after years of agony, and I am hopeful that the future is going to be a lot brighter. Five stars without hesitation.

After being a patient for 7 years I tried to call in January to get an appointment and left a message. I received no call back so I called again 10 days later and the receptionist answered. When I said that I needed to make an appointment I was put on hold and when the woman came back she said that can no longer accept me as a patient. When asked why, I was told they no longer take my health insurance or HMOs. When I asked about why a letter wasn't sent out I wasn't given any response and hung up. I then called again a week later and left a message again explaining that I needed some disability forms filled out and that I didn't have time to get another Dr because of their short notice and explained I would be happy for the forms to be filled out. Again, I received no call back , so I drove to the office and went in the door because it was open. I was met with hostility with the receptionist asking why I was there explained that I needed forms filled out and said "oh you were the one that left a message" she then went on very nastily and said they they will no longer treat me as a patient and won't fill out the forms and they can't make me an appointmentnor will they take cash payment and they couldn't help me. I was told to go to my primary care physician and have them request the records and get them to fill out the papers- one which is time sensitive- she was so hostile and snotty I did not bother to tell her that my PCP retired in December and I am looking for another one. I don't appreciate being treated like this after being a patient for so long and sending many referrals his way. I understand if they can't treat me anymore or help me anymore but I deserve an true explanation, to not be met with such abusiveness and hostility and to get an apology

From start to finish. The receptionist, Insurance staff, Physical Therapy, the Nurse Practicioner along with the Doctor could not be such a success as this group. Attorney's love him, patients adore him, Physical Therapists long to meet his expectations and Rarely do you see an unhappy face. That says A LOT about the doctors office. Customer Service, Quality, Ethical Standards and no nonsense is exactly what you will expect. If you don't have insurance, if you have it, and if you have questions; They have the answers, because that's the type of Team your dealing with. Pharmacists love him, know him and never question him. He IS THAT GOOD. Of course you get some pharamcies that play doctor and become Drug Police in their own mind (just to cover themseves- which is not fair and Attorney General PAM BONDI needs to put a STOP TO IT). Over all, I would love to continue commending this doctor and staff but then again he is MY and Many of our "Diamond in the Rough".
