Excellent experience shopping from here. Simple ordering process, fast and cheap shipping. Customer service called right away when a color I had ordered was out of stock and suggested a replacement that was perfect. And the fabric was absolutely gorgeous. I thought I would probably get cheap looking craft fabric but this is luxurious and good enough for garment construction. I could not be happier and will gladly order again from this company.

I have ordered a few times from My Textile Fabrics, and can say nothing but good things about them. My wife and I run our own small business, and it is important to have suppliers that you can depend on. Their product is high quality with reasonable pricing. They offer free dependable shipping(UPS for me) if you order a certain dollar value as well. Another thing I have to point out is their communication. Whenever I reach out over webchat they answer almost instantly. They help me match colors, and even send additional pictures for better reference. Very helpful with returns as well. I will note you will have to pay for return shipping, which can be expensive. They have to make money too though, so I completely understood. 10/10 They are Vim + Ventures go to for any fabric needs.

Would never order from this store again... I chose them even though their prices were more than double other Etsy stores for the same exact fabric because their shipping estimate worked for my project. But they feel no responsibility to deliver their product in the time listed on their site. Items arrived several weeks late and my event was long past. After I returned the fabric, the shop refuses to issue a full refund because apparently I'm responsible to pay for their shipping mistake. Completely unethical. Horrible service. Don't shop here. (And to be clear - I'm not a one star review person. I've never left one before.)
