This was my first experience with Morex Fabrics and I will shop here again. The fabric was nice, the low price beyond belief, free shipping and the customer service by Marco made it all work out to my satisfaction.
It wasn’t a perfect experience but Marco made things right.
I ordered 3 swatches, chose one and a similar colored fabric was sent to me. After sending in the actual swatch I wanted to buy and following up with a phone call, again the similar color swatch was sent. Hmmm, I called when I received the incorrect color and Marco investigated. As it turned out it was the same fabric but a different dye lot.
He emailed me a picture of the fabric and assured me it was as the same fabric/color as the swatch I sent to him. I’ve just received it and it was correct.
I have a hard time being too hard on a wholesaler that will mail me one yard for a very low price with free shipping. It did take 10 business days to receive my package, each time, (CA to MI) but for the price I am not complaining. I usually purchase my fabric in advance for upcoming projects so that when I am ready to sew I have all the materials assembled and ready to sew.
I do have 2 extra yds of fabric now that I can use for something else.
Marco was patient, respectful, and helped me get the fabric I wanted. In the end customer service wins!

I’m in New Orleans & stumbled across Morex Fabrics while looking online for fabrics to make some Mardi Gras Accessories for my family. I thought I’d give it a shot. I didn’t know what to expect since the prices are extremely more than reasonable for what I was searching for. I ordered some velvet materials. Well, they arrived & arrived quick (well before time hoping), and I am in love with the fabric. I’ve found my new “go to” for my fabric from now on! No place around here or anywhere online that I’ve found has been as positive of an experience as this! I highly recommend!

Everyone at Morex Fabrics was very kind, patient and helpful when i needed to place a large order. They even let me see samples of all the fabrics I was considering. They have a high attention to detail, are organized, and took care of my needs if a swift manner. I highly recommend them and that's a lot to say!!!!

This place is great! I placed an order online here and the fabrics were exactly as described. When I went in to pick it up, they invited me to take a look at all the other fabrics they had in stock, and helped me out with some questions about more niche fabrics. Great prices too!

I have shopped with morex for years and always had nothing but amazing experiences, this week they went above and beyond, I had a customer place a last minute order and needed a large amount of fabric ASAP, Marco made sure to package that order right then and there so it could go out on the daily delivery truck.

P.S. to customers complaining about colors Morex always offers free swatches as every photo/monitor/etc renders color in a different way. Every fabric website I have ever used says colors may appear differently.

Fantastic experience with Morex-- I searched everywhere online for the fabric I needed, they had it for the cheapest price *by far,* and I ordered it Wednesday night and it arrived Friday. I will absolutely shop here again.

I buy 100's of yards of fabric a year for my business. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Marco, not sure who he is, maybe a manager, has no clue as to how to serve a customer or his inventory!
I bought 3 fabrics, got 2 that I ordered and one that wasn't even on the website! They probably went next store and bought something close to send me. I don't appreciate substitutions without asking first! Turns out I have tons of what they sent me. Contacted him to let him know what had happened, long story short, oh no we sent you what you ordered. I sent a photo and copy of the invoice. then he investigates. He tells me I only have a 11/2 of the fabric left, ok please send. He sent, still wrong fabric. Sent him photos of the fabric I ordered and still wanted FOUR times!!!! Then he tells me the two pink you ordered are the same fabric!!! WRONG. They have different SKU'S and one has round sequin dots and one has silver ovals! He told me he has no more of the fabric but it is still on his site. Nothing is more offensive then someone lying to you and believing you will believe his lies. I am not stupid, but he is!!!
STAY AWAY from this shop!

I ordered 10 yds of charcoal gray fabric..the fabric i received was nowhere near gray..the fabric was blue..i called morex and was told i should have ordered a free swatch. I was expecting anything in the gray family...but this fabric is blue..not gray at all.. I will never order from MOREX FABRICS again.
