I have bought a few pieces of jewelry online through Louped and have found it to be a great experience. The most recent purchase was a loose diamond that the jewelers at Louped had set into a setting that I had chosen via a photo. The process took a while and I was anxious to see the final product. It turned out perfectly! It is exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled and very happy with my purchase. Ended up costing my way less than it would have at my local jewelry store too. Added benefit. Fantastic people to work with. Was able to find the stone that not only met, but exceeded my GFs criteria. They kept me informed about what was happening. There were no surprises.

If you are concerned about the carbon footprint of fresh out of the ground or lab grown, then purchasing a previously owned diamond through louped, is how to minimize that. We found a beautiful stone, and we used the original setting for the proposal and when her custom setting came in, we had the diamond moved over. This is her diamond it in its new home.

Definitely a great experience. Could do slightly better on the communication front. It took a month for the ring to get to me which is fine, but would have liked weekly updates as opposed to me having to reach out. But for anyone considering louped, it is completely legit! I even took it to the local jeweler to confirm. Ring came completely as advertised. Absolutely love the ring.
