Went into the store to see about pricing for shirts for my clothing line, walked in and literally stood there for like 15-20 minutes and no one said anything, no one offered to help, no one asked if i needed anything. There was a lady getting help with a sign but there was 2 other gentlemen in the building and neither offered to assist me. I don’t know if they thought i couldn’t afford their prices or what but I’ve seen multiple reviews of them ignoring customers who come in. I heard a lot of good things about their products and how their work looks, but I didn’t even get the chance to speak to anyone to see. I’m sure you guys feel like you don’t need to have a certain hospitality and customer service because you do good work, but good customer service will only help increase your business. I went to Rush and Mona t-shirts also on Harwin and was approached, greeted and got prices for what i wanted easily.

I’m not going to say their quality of work is bad but the customer service is absolutely horrible. No one greets you upon entry. You’re basically ignored until they feel like acknowledging you a simple “Hi I’ll be with you soon” or “Sorry for the wait” can go a long way. I suggest they learn a thing or two in hospitality and customer service etiquette. I understand it can be a tedious and time consuming process but It’s not that hard to not be rude to customers. Really disappointed in how they choose to treat people. Please do better.

Love his work! He loves what he does. Although he is very busy he has fast turn-around times. Yes you may have to wait but he gets it done every time. I have been to him multiple times for many needs and the quality of items do not disappoint.

They were amazing from beginning to end! I had to wait a little bit but they were busy when I got there. The outcome was well worth the wait! I am not usually easy to please and they did a fantastic job! I was extremely pleased and I will most certainly come back for for future business!! ?
