Not terribly impressed. Ordered cream felt, when it arrived its lemon and very poor quality… I emailed and received a response 4 days later, agreed cream is ‘more yellow in colour’ offered a refund once package returned, but would cost more to send it back. Threw it in the bin. Sorry but I won’t be buying from this company again.

I pre-ordered a fat quarter bundle of Tilda’s Chambray. It arrived as per projected date and the collection is gorgeous! I do read their newsletters carefully. Haven’t been disappointed yet!

Purchased 2 patterns from them at the Malvern Quilt Show only to find out that they sold me 2 Free to rent patterns from Tilda Fabrics that are NOT TO BE PRINTED AND SOLD I have requested a refund and wait for that to be resolved. Updates to follow.
Seller refused to issue refund claiming £9 covered the cost od a £3.25 fq and printing. Taken to my card supplier who found in my favour and are sorting a full refund. They refused to send me a returns label and claim they had permission to print and sell copyrighted patterns.
Avoid this trader.

I’ve just completed another project and was appreciating the feel of the lovely, quality, viscose fabric I’ve used and decided it was worthy of a review and recognition of Hollies Haberdashery. I love visiting the shop, it’s always packed with new lines as well as ‘go to’ plain coloured craft cottons in every shade. More often than not, I order on line as I subscribe to the weekly newsletter that drops in my inbox on Fridays. It’s full of inspiring ideas and temptation. I live close enough to save on postage and stroll down to collect my order which gives opportunity chat about the project with the staff there, who are as keen on sewing and knitting as their customers.

Absolutely brilliant! Lots of fabric to choose from. My online order arrived really quickly. There was an issue with one fabric being sent that was the wrong colourway, but it was resolved quickly and with no quibbling - and I was allowed to keep the original fabric (bonus!). Would thoroughly recommend!

Ordered an Advent Calendar box with extra Christmas gift at the end of November .I was a bit dubious as a couple of years ago I got one from a well known site and it was very poor. Hollies box on the other hand was marvellous. Full of very useful treats. It cost half the price of the other but was 100% better. I buy all my patchwork fabrics from here as well .

Amazing place for fabric and craft and all you wool and haberdashery requirement. Staff are Uber helpful, and very knowledgeable. Worth the visit. Prefer this to hobby craft.

My first order arrived promptly and with lovely quality fabric. Unfortunately there was a slight error with one of the items. However, it was resolved by Sarah promptly and I look forward to ordering from Hollies Haberdashery again in the future
