Ryann did some interior design work for me back whilst in the UK. He was recommended to me by a friend. I immediately liked how friendly and transparent he was about pricing and various options. I was super impressed at how Ryann turned my tired looking living room into a classy space I could be really proud of. His ability to see a space and know exactly what to do amazed me! I am just gutted he isn't in the UK anymore to help with my new home! Would definitely recommend.

I have worked with Host Manage Design (HMD) since January 2023. I worked closely with Ryann Engel on a design program for each room in the house. He was so fun to work with and professional. I gave him a budget, general style preferences and the time frame. Within a limited budget, he found beautiful historical pieces and large rugs to complement our existing furniture and historical features of the house. I loved his sense of style with using mirrors, lighting and colors. Above all, waited until my arrival in Chianni to surprise me of the design job. It was one of the best surprises ever! I highly recommend HMD for you design needs.

I also use HMD for property management to run a successful Airbnb in Chianni. HMD provides reliable cleaning services before and after guests arrive. One of the biggest challenges I faced before hiring HMD was the cleaning of bedding bad towels. HMD provided a cheaper and more efficient solution to this challenge. In addition to cleaning, HMD also restocks supplies, meets and greets guests, and provides information to guests on restaurants, healthcare services if needed and general day trips. I have not one bad review or low cleaning score since I have worked with HMD.
