We recently visited High Fashion Home in the Montrose area of Houston, and it was an good experience. This three-floor store boasts an extensive range of contemporary and modern home furnishings that cater to diverse tastes. The service and furniture options are top notch at High Fashion Home! From the minute I walked into their store, it was welcoming and the sales reps were not pushy. They gave great advice on pieces for my living room. I love all the pieces purchased from HFH, the quality is good and looks amazing! The delivery team was very careful and made sure everything was in order before leaving. I highly recommend High Fashion Home for all your furniture and accessories needs!

I purchased almost $20k in furniture, artwork and accessories from High Fashion home in March of 2022. I have had 2 issues with their products. The first issue was eventually resolved but not without alot of back & forth with the claims department. The second issue was not resolved because they said the 1 year warranty was expired. But we never used the product (dining chair). Now we are stuck with a dining room table that should seat 8 but now 7 because 1 chair is broken.
I will never purchase anything else from High Fashion because they don’t stand behind the products that they sale! Nor will I recommend them to family and friends.
I have friends who have spent much less at “other” furniture stores & they have actually replaced their furniture with new furniture when they have had issues. I just needed a repair (if it was repairable) or a replacement!! I’m very unhappy with the quality of service from this company .I haven’t had my first dinner party yet and a chair is already broken!

We bought about 59 pieces from High Fashion we ordered early so they waited for us to ship furniture half way cross country. Mary was our sales person. She was patient and kept us updated on all items arriving to the warehouse. All items were delivered as agreed. 98% of items were as ordered and no damage. Not bad in my opinion considering how many items were delivered. Most damage actually came from the delivery workers. The items we purchased were very good quality and very heavy. I guess I can give the delivery guy's a break since it was about 100 degrees outside and took about 8 hours to assemble item's. Prices were a little high but we compared the prices to other sites and High Fashion prices were lower. So far the claims department has done a very good job on filing the claims for the damaged items. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Took over a month to get a damaged bed that we won’t use now. They were supposed to deliver a week ago and I took off work to make sure someone would be home for delivery all for them to cancel last minute and reschedule for the following week that I was supposed to be traveling. Long story short canceled a trip to have a damaged bed delivered.

It took almost 12 weeks until my two couches arrived, but I will say it was worth waiting. The leather has a beautiful shine, everything looks sturdy and well made. The couches have transformed my living room. I have a large golden retriever and put some covers to protect the leather. It's so comfy to sit or lay on. They're extra long and we (family of 7) all fit. I'm very pleased with the decision to purchase from HFH.

Beautifully designed store! Each corner of the store is able to fit in several living areas or bedrooms including wallpaper, pillows, bookcases, and other decorations to give you a full feel of how to set up your space at home. The store is well staffed, some people available, some people seemingly taking orders over the phone. Very high-end, and the price to go along with it.

Was waiting patiently for an associate to be available to buy a “last available” piece of furniture, was disregarded by staff whom allowed the Karen who just walked up to “buy” it out from underneath me while she thought about looking at other options on the next floor. I had card in hand ready to buy it waiting at the desk after waiting by the piece for 20 minutes as they walked right by to her instead. I understand I am a young man and I’m sure they get plenty of “just looking” or “need to check with the wife” but to walk right passed is unacceptable to me, particularly given the follow up statement from the other customer saying “I just don’t want someone else to buy it while I decide”. I will say the young guy I talked to after was nice and said he would let me know if it didn’t go through, but the response from the other lady working who walked by was more or less tough luck go away.
