Tienen variedad en esta tienda. Me atendió Beto Gomez. Y me sorprendió con la amabilidad y la facilidad para resolver mi problema con un cambio. Les recomiendo esta tienda en especial por la variedad que tienen además, de la atención de calidad. Hasta me dieron ganas de llevarme unas botas pero no alcanza el presupuesto.

I overheard them asking others if they were okay or needed help, but not once did anyone greet us or ask us anything. It’s also very messy in there. Tried to overcharge me, thankfully I asked about the price. They don’t give you a breakdown on the receipt so watch what they’re calculating on that calculator. Also didn’t offer me the deals I see posted around the store. My daughter really wanted the outfit she picked so that’s the only reason why I still bought anything. Spent almost $400 and you would think the service would be better.

This place gave me some mixed emotions. The ladies who work there do help alot and all but the guys man they have a mouth on them while I was shopping with my wife who is white a short fat Hispanic guy kept talking to me about so has she fixed your papers yet as if I was illegal and then asking me if I could afford the clothes. Mind you, I was buying a set from boots to the hat for me and my wife and 3 kids. And came out spending over 1,500$ customer service was very trashy for somoneone who goes to your store to buy and that amount and you have workers who can't respect customers or keep there intrusive thoughts in there heads. And the worst part was the boots. Whatever material they were made of inside started to come up, and now it's like all lose inside the boots. Be last time I support a company like this.

Eh visitado esta tienda 2 veces la primera no me gusto porque el mgr que estaba ahi estaba diciendo ya vamonos ya vamonos y la cajera bien amable nos atendio. A la semana fue la segunda vez y si una experiencia diferente el joven que nos atendio y no se su nombre pero bien atento y obio que la cajera otra vez con un servicio al cliente al 100%.

Nice place. Huge selection and the girl (didn't get her name) was very courteous and helpful with getting my kids fitted for boots. Prices were good also. Thanks to a former student who recommended...her boys had nice boots and I asked her where she bought them. I'll be coming here from now on for boots and such. Thanks. ?

Beto and Karry were so professional and went our of their way to get the merchandise that I was desperately needing. Kerry contacted ever store in Houston to find the merchandise. When no store had it Beto contacted San Antonio and Dallas. Seeing my desperation he contacted a store in Oklahoma to my surprise they had it there and will be shipping the merchandise to Houston. I recommend Gomez Western store on Uvalde for your Western needs ask for Beto or Karry to help you.
