Delicious!!! Oh my goddddddd. The employees were super nice and willing to talk about everything, and gave me some options. And the food! I got the longsilog and it was so garlicy and the texture was wonderful and the taste was to die for. And the rice was so perfectly seasoned. Loved the lumpia and the dipping sauce that came along.
I reheated half of it the next day and it still held up.
Had a cassava cake too-- the sauce on top in combination with the cake part was so balanced and sweet. Great place, highly recommend.

Edit: also got their Flip N Patty and fries with the banana ketchup

My suggestion is to cut it in half, so it can fit in your mouth!! Sooooooo good. Juicy, the flavors mesh well, the breading is crispy, the bun is deliciously sweet, and the fries are so fresh

Super delicious Filipino food inside the Bank of America building. We shared the mini kamayan and the puet burger (4 people). 10/10! Great customer service as well.

These were absolutely the best fries I had in Houston so far! Definitely recommend to try. Very flavorful and crispy.
Also the whole food court area in Understory is a great place to hangout and have some food!

Really enjoyed our first trip to this restaurant. We tried the flip-n-patty burger, Amboy, a simple build your own burger for the kids, and a flip-n-fries. All the food was excellent including the bread, the meat, and the sauces. The fries in particular were exceptional. They were large natural cut fries which were fried to a perfect crispness. They included shredded meat and a spicy sauce on top that was really delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was great and friendly. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

We've eaten here many times and each time the service is great and the food is consistently great. If you're at Understory, this spot is a must visit. Tried the brekpas and chicklets - all so good!!!

Wonderful customer service and the food is so so so Good. I really enjoy going to the Houston Tunnels to get wonderful food. Thanks Flip n Patties for doing an Amazing job with my order as usual.

It was alright, food was good but not great, we couldn't get but 1 burgers because out of bread. Rice was good but chicken, not so much, fries was over done. Just unfortunately not the best experience.
