I like to start of by saying Dr Kaczmarek is honestly a good DR my wife has worked with him in the past and has had nothing but good things to say about him unfortunately though his office is all that great they sent a 30 dollar CO- pay to collections (on an established patient) witch can leave a nasty mark on your credit. When I explained I never got the bills instead of steering me to were I can pay the bill all this lady could say was “well I can’t personally deliver the bills” at that point I told I was done with them and found a new DR. I’m not goin to deal with an office like that. Why couldn’t they have just collected that 30 dollars on my next visit

As a man when you go in for this type of surgery you're naturally going to be worried. But with Dr. Kaczmarek and his staff they make you more then comfortable with the procedure. Definitely the best Dr. experience I've had in a long time. Thank you Dr. K and everyone for making the procedure quick and painless.

Dr. Kaczmarek has been my doctor for approximately 8 years. He has assisted me through many kidney stones, interstitial cystitis and even appendicitis. When the ER diagnosed me with gastritis after two visits and severe pain, I went to see Dr. Kaczmarek because I wasn't sure what else to do. After examining me, he diagnosed me with appendicitis, without even looking at the ultrasounds, and called the ER to arrange emergency surgery. My surgeon told me I was an hour away from my appendix bursting. I will forever be grateful to him for this reason among others. His office staff are pleasant and always willing to assist me with any needs I may have. I have never had to wait more than a week for an appointment and for short notices they usually have me come in the same day for a stand-by appointment, even when they are super busy.

During the patient examination, Dr. Kaczmarek takes the time to thoroughly explain the reasoning behind any of the diagnoses he has given me. He answers all of my questions with current medical knowledge and makes me feel at ease when talking to him. You can tell that he genuinely wants to help patients and cares about your health. When Dr. Kaczmarek retires, we will lose a wonderful doctor. I consider him to be one of the best doctors. You will not regret having him as your urologist. First, I have seen 4 Urologist, out of the 4, 3 have been God sends. Moving here I was sent to #3. #1, #2, different states, #3 Is not worth writing about.

Because I have been led to #4 Dr. Kaczmareck who is a very down to earth, knowledgeable Dr. who listens and communicates eye to eye with you. My husband and I truly felt that Dr. Kaczmarek took his time to listen and explain to a T each area of our concerns about my health.

We made a plan and in that plan he didn't reinvent the my wheel. Part of my plan of care has been working for me for years, while others parts needed a lititle tweeking, which Dr K had a great explanation as to why we should go down this path versus the path I was on because.......and it was logical, so I plan using it in my regimen.

If you need an Urologist may suggest Dr Kaczmarek!

His staff however seem to be unreliable to office times. Their communication is toast.

Was referred to here and when we called they said they don’t take the insurances that Google and their website both say they take

My experience was great , but they cut me off from making payments , cause i couldn't pay the hole thing off in 30 days . I could've asked for infomation about condition if wasn't for this.
