The one star is for their service and attitude. I know Chanel items are of quality and would purchase them anytime but not from the Wynn Chanel boutique. I wanted to look at Chanel studs and I know what looks good on me and what doesn’t. Their current studs are a little too big and when I asked if they had something smaller - Kristi- yes I’m calling you out - said Chanel has never had any smaller studs. You may see them at Korean supermarkets but at Chanel these are the standard size …. Hmmm so basically she’s saying that I may be used to buying fakes. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and will just assume she is ignorant and basically having a bad day. Either way you don’t get my sale that day and instead I went to the Chanel boutique at bellagio where Lori was wonderful and showed me some smaller studs and helped me research. I couldn’t find a pair that I liked but I did end up buying a Chanel bag that I love!!! So I will take my Chanel bag to a Korean market and maybe see Kristi there.

Walked in with a Chanel woc but still encountered the worst customer service ever.. after saying I had to think about my purchase, the sales basically ignored me at first, and then said all their customers are very “serious buyers” after I asked to look at another purse. She was basically saying I’m not serious in buying and was wasting her time (I took less than 10mins). My husband wanted to get me a purse for my birthday but we decided not to get it here because of the sales attitude. I actually sort of feel embarrassed wearing chanel now because they really don’t feel high end and their customer service is just dreadful.

Chanel is quite ritzy, a bit snooty and the staff reflect that attitude. Im actually fine with that. Chanel has a reputation to uphold in terms of high end fashion products and very discerning of the customers they chose to work with. You can't buy anything until you are"approved" to be a member of Chanel family. Fortunately we have bought Chanel a number of times before so we were accepted right away by staff.

This particular Chanel store in Vegas probably has arguably the best selection of all the channels on the West Coast particularly around accessories such as bags and purses. Chanel just reintroduced their purple colored line. We're trying to get the wallet on a chain in that color. We're actually working with the Seattle store to get it since they didnt have it here in the style and material (caviar) we wanted. That's ok. They go through quite a bit of inventory in Vegas.

I had a wonderful time shopping with my sales associate, Mónica! My friends and I were casually browsing the store and Mónica was so helpful and even helped with tying my new bandeau onto my Gabrielle. I loved her attention to details and excited to visit the shop again!

Staff are super friendly. Happy to show anything they have and let you try on. They also have great selection of bags. It’s a completely different experience to some of Chanel stores in the UK and rest of Europe. I’d much rather come here and spend my money. (p.s thank you Momo for your time)
