I visited on 11/16/24 to try on dresses. It's a cute shop to go and try on dresses with! They have one of the biggest dressing rooms I've been to with plenty of room for your collection of dresses, you, and your stylist. The dresses are also gorgeous to look at, with styles for everyone! My stylist, Naomi was great to chat with and super helpful. If you want an intimate shop to visit, I recommend checking them out!

Had a wonderful experience today! Linda was kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. She knew me more than I know myself! I came in not knowing what I wanted but felt guided and not rushed to make a decision. Would recommend anyone to give this spot a try!

The ladies at Belle Ame were so kind and helpful! They had a beautiful selection of gowns to choose from and my stylist Naomi was incredibly knowledgeable. She picked dresses that made me feel so confident. I’d highly recommend Belle Ame to any bride in the midst of wedding dress shopping!

Jas was great! She knew her stuff and really helped me narrow down my search. I didn't end up finding my dress here, but my second and probably third runner up dress I found here.

The boutique just had me and one other bride to be there so it allowed for a more personal experience. Me and the other bride to be got along real well and it made it a fun experience of women supporting women in such a fun moment of celebrating a next chapter in our lives.

Highly recommend! This was the first place we went for my wedding dress and I found it so easily. The ladies there were so lovely to work with, helpful, and patient. Their selection is varied but not overwhelming. We ended up making quite a few modifications to it with Vintage Tailors (like adding a slit and building the sleeves) and it was perfect. Such a lovely memory!

First time trying on bridal gowns. The attendant (who was one of the owners) was so friendly and accommodating. She was really patient because I only arrived there knowing of one specific dress that I wanted to try on. She walked through the boutique with me and really encouraged me to try different fits and styles so that I could a true idea of what I liked and what looked good on me.

I've dress shopped when both of my sisters were getting married and the service here was way better than many of the other places that I've been to. I didn't feel rushed or as though i was being difficult.

It’s been a little over a year since I visited this shop in hopes of finding a wedding dress. My experience was so bad but I hadn’t had time to come back and leave a review.
This was by far the worst experience me or any of my bridesmaids have ever had at any bridal store in Houston and the surrounding areas. The dresses sold here are too expensive for the sales associate to have behaved like she worked at Marshalls.

The day I went there was a petite sales associate with short straight black hair. She seemed very uninterested in me or my bridesmaids or in whether or not we received assistance or service. Mind you we had an appointment AND paid a fee, we didn’t just show up. She didn’t bother asking anything about what I was looking for to provide guidance. She just said here are the dresses and went back to her desk. When I attempted to try a dress on they were all way smaller than what I needed. I was a size 12/14 at the time. All of the other bridal stores that were this formal in booking appointments sent a questionnaire or at least tried to get guidance on what I was looking for and the size I was currently so they could be sure I had things to try on. She didn’t even try to help us find something, anything, in my size so it wouldn’t be such a waste of time that my bridesmaids came to see me try on dresses and there was literally nothing I could try on.

As I’m sure most women can understand, this was a horrible experience for me and made me not want to continue shopping for a wedding dress at all.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. there’s so many other lovely bridal shops in Houston. They didn’t even behave like this at much nicer stores like Ivory Bridal where they carry Galia Lahav and should be more worried about their dresses getting damaged.

Reply to Owners Reply: It wasn't 2 years ago, it was march of last year. And I didn't like any of the dresses at all. Not sure why that sales associate wrote that down. The ones I tried one were literally out of embarrassment because all of my bridesmaids were there but were not at all what I was looking for. Why would I have reached out after such an unsatisfactory experience when there are plenty of other bridal shops in houston with gorgeous gowns and excellent customer service? There were many reviews prior to mine mentioning this same sales associate. It should've been handled sooner if you care that much about your potential customers' experience. It shows a great deal how much you clearly care about your customer satisfaction by the fact that you didn't just reply with apologies for such a terrible experience. Regardless I, nor any of the people I know will ever shop at your store.
