We've had an exceptional experience at this outstanding business, where our sons have received therapy for the past two years. We agree with other reviewers about the strong sense of family and belonging, which creates a welcoming environment that helps clients respond positively to therapy.

We've been impressed with all the RBTs and analysts assigned to our case, who have shown unwavering commitment to our sons’ goals and regularly update us on their progress and milestones. The management team has also been incredibly accessible and supportive, always willing to address our requests and questions.

Lastly, the facility is unmatched. It has personal therapy rooms for sessions and common play areas to help children socialization with their peers. This is particularly valuable for children with ASD, who often struggle with social interactions. The opportunity for them to connect with peers through activities, games, and circle time is invaluable.

Our children are our world, and if one person or several people make it perfect, they deserve all the gratitude possible.
My son has been in this agency since before he was 2 years old, now he is 8. He has had many professional therapists, dedicated to their work. I have not had any complaints and I have been able to count on them as if they were part of my family.
For two years I have had Maribel Martinez as his current therapist who has done a lot for him. She is special. She made my son communicate more fluently and he has grown thanks to her tireless dedication and work to make him a better person in all aspects.
Also his analyst Alexandra Ramirez has been with him for many years and is special. She is also a super dedicated professional and has been a necessary support for my son's development.

Since the moment I walked into this center I felt welcomed, understood and valued. Mirel welcomed me with open arms and answered all my questions and concerns, she was able to help me not only with my daughters intake but also by providing me with the best RBT my daughter has ever had her name is Samantha. My daughter has made so much progress that her school and therapists have noticed a positive change in my daughter. I can’t thank Mirel and Samantha enough for all they have done for my daughter. If you as a parent are struggling to find the right ABA company look no further, not only will your child learn but he will be treated with a lot of love and compassion. I don't think there are words that could ever express my gratitude to this agency. My son has made tremendous improvement since he started receiving the therapies at Behavior ACC Services and continues to do; they are like family now to us. Mirel, the Clinical Manager, is a God-sent angel; she has helped my family and me in every phase of my child development and always makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Carmela, our analyst, is just the best!! Super professional, caring, and knowledgeable, she is constantly learning new approaches that best fit my child, and he has progressed tremendously under her wing. Finally, Janet, our therapist, is excellent; she and my son clicked right away; she understands his needs and guides him really nicely to achieve his goals; she is just great. Do yourself a favor if you need ABA Services for your child and call them; they will guide you and help you every step of the way. Everyone there is just amazing!

This company is amazing, your child will be in the best hands. The bcba, RBTS, the director, especially Mirel is extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure your child will succeed and get all the help they need. Since the very first call I had, they have answered all my questions professionally and followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. They truly care and love what they do and it shows. Please keep in mind that whomever wrote the bad review does not pertain to this center as it just opened sometime last year in 2022. I have absolutely NOTHING to say about this place except that everyone has been exceptional with my girls! Yamile and Lizandra, to Steph, Mirel the front desk they have all been so great! My girls have improved so so much and everyone in my family has seen a difference in their behaviors and adapting to new surroundings. They not only let me know how they are doing with my girls but they are the absolute best with my girls! I can only say that I will miss them all when my girls are able to be on their own and will no longer need their staff's help! Please do not have any doubt in your mind when coming here for ABA therapy. I heard all the bad stories of other parents about ABA and this place has been nothing but the best to my girls and they have ALL helped my girls to be on their way to independent little girls. I am not getting paid for this review however as someone who relies on reviews I do hope that mine helps out other parents who are skeptical and scared about their kids going to ABA therapy. I was so hesitant at first and couldn't accept that my girls needed help but Mirel assured me and showed me that ABA does indeed help and it sure did! I am so grateful and so thankful that they are no more than 10 minutes away and that every single person in their staff has been nothing but kind a so helpful in this process because I know it can be scary and doubtful but not this place. They are truly truly THE BEST ABA center I have encountered and I called many and saw many and none compete with ACC Behavioral Services. Not ONE!

I can truly say that the people working for Behavior ACC Services really do care about getting the services and care your child needs in a fast and efficient way. I am so far happy and grateful for their services and want to give many thanks to all the therapists, clinical directors and managers that have help me with my Childs special needs.
