Fast, efficient and friendly staff. Easy collection, I did have to return the item as it was not what I was after in the end but staff sorted the return easily.

Brought an electrical item that was clearly a return for a premium price. Not packaged properly, light wear and tear, items loose, and parts missing !

The staff helped return and exchanged for an actual new product. The difference is night and day.

Products that are returned need to be checked properly and never sold as new. They could be sold as clearance and given a grading of condition.

Overall I got the new product I wanted but i don’t want to have to return an item. Using Argos going forward isn’t an option, I can’t rely on them to give the item in a new state and buy gifts from them like I had in the past.

Returning the item also added cost from transport.

bought an amazon kindle yesterday. opened the package, couldn’t connect with e books. contacted the customer services. they tried to help. but said there would be a trouble in the product and return it. when i went back to return it in argos store with bill, the lady said they can’t take the product back because i opened the pack. i lost 84.99 pounds simply like that. how i will know the damaged product not opening the pack?

I came to collect my parcel, they said parcel has been already collected earlier today, when I asked to check camera who did that they confused and refused. And offered me to come back after few days. Then they gave me that parcel. Obviously they had plan to steal that parcel. What a place!

Tried to return faulty item refused and told me to do it online. Online customer service then told me the store can take online returns. Manager is a joke swearing at customers

Argos is a great convenient shop situated within Sainsbury. It's like catalogue shopping but with instant delivery ☺️

Great staff but not honest company. I boght the ipad from 11 Jan in the night was show online available in the store. When i paid day after i got the email sorry you have to pick up at 18 Jan. So i was haven't got time to pickup that i whent the store 20 of Jan. Thay said to order has been cancelled We dont have any of that model ipad.

They have a good amount of stick available for collection. There is quite often a bit of a queue, both to get into Sainsburys and for Argos. The staff are very quick and helpful.
