This company did a great job with printing and embroidering T shirts and jackets for my school club. American Casual is a small, family-owned business and everyone works extremely hard to service many schools in the area as well as local businesses. They do not stock blank products in-store, so make sure to give them enough time to order items and produce them. They offer multiple types of printing including glow-in-the-dark and glitter ink, as well as embroidery. Pricing is fair and staff are very helpful.

Got Custom jackets for my racing team. The Embrodiery on the jackets came out great. They even gave my team an online portal to place their orders. I didn't have to collect sizes or money. They handled everything.

The staff was nice when I went there. But the quality of uniform polo shirt is terrible my son has had 29 school days and they are falling apart at the seams and it not a sizing issue I bought bigger so son can wear both years. And I have never put in dryer only hang dry. Please try to fix the issue I don't want have to keep buying these every month that's ridiculous.... or can I buy better quality somewhere else and you guys just put the logo on?

I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was necessary. It's all started with them selling items they don't have in stock. I purchased a few items, when not everything arrived I called them to see what the issue was. I called numerous times in regards to the items and to get a refund but the customer service was horrible. The woman I spoke with refused to answer any of my questions and insisted on transferring me over to a different department. Fastforward two weeks of reaching out I still don't have the items or my refund.

Placed an order for my daughters P.E. uniform. Staff was very helpful and polite. Called me within the hour and let me know it was ready for pick up. They made this a very easy stress free experience. Will definitely be placing another order for my husbands work uniforms, the prices are very good
