Pésimo servicio de ése caballero que trabaja ahí. Una persona que se cree que sabe todo, no es amable, es grosero para escuchar y para dar la información. Da la espalda, si está cansado de su trabajo que se lo deje a otro, que muchas personas desearían estar en su posición!!!

Hoy fui a investigar algo sobre mi hija pero él quería que obligatoriamente yo le diera el correo electrónico y el password de mi esposo!!! SE SUPONE QUE LAS TRABAJADORAS DE ESA OFICINA TIENEN UN PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADORA QUE PUEDEN BUSCAR LA INFORMACIÓN, pero siempre quieren irse por lo más fácil.

DESDE CUÁNDO DEJARON DE FUNCIONAR EL # DE SOCIAL? LOS ID? SI NO DAS TU CONTRASEÑA NO TE ATIENDEN Y SE BURLAN!!!

Que falta de respeto a los visitantes que están buscando un servicio público!!!

The social security office recommended this place to my mom to see if she can get help for part B premium. I thought it was a public facility but it seems to be a private. You think you are going to get assistance with the government but it is also a private where they want to force you to sign up for their product and if you do not sign up with them for their part C premium they won’t help with the public portion of assistance. Terrible, intimidating and forceful. The president was Emiro was upset that we didn’t want to choose his services but just wanted to know if she qualified for a monthly assistance for Medicare. He was forcing her to sign up for Medicaid. When I asked questions he was defensive. Not a good place to go.

If I could rate 0, I definitely would. I would love a phone call, or email from whoever supervised Emilio. I would love his full name and license number because of how discriminating he is to customers that come to that location. I went to the location to get information on how i can renovate my baby's mwdicaid and he was nasty, and rude. He has 0 customer service attitude. I have been a supervisor, and manager, and I would never tolerate this type of attitude. He needs to be fired as soon as possible. This was the worst experience anyone could ever experience. If he does not want to work, he can go find another job. Hopefully this review can be read by his supervisor. I have read other reviews and people have the same opinion than me.

This is unacceptable this customer service this department have. We go there to get help with our kids an this nasty guy who was helping us. Didn't want to help, we tried to give him the paper work for our son, becouse we as a parents are not citizens, but my son is citizens and he has all the rights to get help.
As a part of the government you shouldn't have this person working on this department.
We deserve better treatment for this department.
Please get rid of of this guy , he wordless.

El dia de hoy 01 de septiembre de 2023 fui a esta oficina de access a solicitar ayuda con un fax para entregar una documentacion que me solicitaron para Medicaid, mi bebe se encuentra en el NICU desde hace ya mas de 60 dias y por su situacion me la aplicaron en el mismo hospital,por su situacion de salud. El señor de la ventanilla que es el manager de la oficina tengo entendido me humillo ni siquiera me dejo preguntarle nada, me trato como basura, fue bastante grosero e irrespetuoso por decencia no le conteste nada, me senti agredida como ser humano, como mujer..Pienso que gente asi no debe trabajar en oficinas de atencion al publico te quieren tratar con el mismo despotismo que trataban a la gente en venezuela, no estamos en dictadura estamos en USA este funcionario esta desubicado .Lo que me dijo fue que vienes a pedir ?..Me senti discriminada , de verdad esta persona es muy despota , grosero, .Si esta aborrecido para que va a trabajar? , es un guapo con las mujeres , a la señora que estaba detras de mi vi como la trato.Te da un trato bien discriminatorio, que lamentable!!

I wish u could rate it a zero I’m from nyc and never encountered someone as rude as the man EMILIO!!!! the fact he’s still able to work there and all these reviews are based on him being rude and nasty to people is mind bothering I worked as a receptionist and never was I able to treat people like that and get away with it I hope his higher ups see this and remove him but now I know why that place is always empty.. kind you he kicked us out saying we weee giving him attitude when all I was trying to do was explain to him my user name and password and I’m pregnant so if he speaks to me like that I can’t imagine how he treats others he really needs to be fired asap!!!

Junto con mi esposa nos sentimos discriminados con el trato que nos dio el trabajador de la ventanilla. No quiso ni recibir los documentos que traíamos, no escucha simplemente da tarjetas de la oficina del gobierno argumentando que alla hay que ir.
Ese hombre no debería trabajar en atención al cliente.
Al final fuimos al access ubicado en la goldenrod en donde nos atendieron de forma amable y logramos ingresar los datos que necesitamos.

My mother went to the location to assist my father who has Alzheimer’s and he was nasty, and rude. I have been a supervisor, and manager, and I would never tolerate this type of attitude, from one of my employees and he needs to be reprimanded. This was the worst experience anyone could ever experience. If you do not want to work, you can go find another job. No one is forced to work. My mother simply wanted to fax some documents for Medicaid as requested, had everything in order and he would not let her get one word in. Stated she was missing some items, when she tried to explain to him that she had the information but that he did not let her give it to him, he immediately began to use higher tone of voice, told her he was not going to fax anything for her and that her attitude was bad. She began to ask what did she do and he just yelled at her. Began to tell her to get out, and she began to ask for help as he was being so rude. He told her this is a private property and nothing could be done to her. I would love to continue to spread the word through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, to NEVER go to this location and get law enforcement involved.
