Went in july 3rd man there said as soon as I walked in door that he couldn’t help me with anything the woman would be back on Monday come back then!

This is the 1st time I tried going to this office and me and 2 friends went up there to renew our stuff because the online website won't give us the option to renew and we got there at twelve something and we seen the sign on the door that they posted saying they would be back from lunch at 1pm. I posted a picture of it with this review. So us and a few people I didn't know we're waiting and we finally left at 1:30pm because no one unlocked the door to let the line of people waiting inside. They knocked, checked the other door and the open sign was on. If you people can't do your job, don't work there. There are too many people who don't have a car and can't just sit there all day hoping they open whenever they feel like it. Its not right that this office doesn't work in compliance. Plus everyone doesn't have to go to lunch at the same time. There was people outside in line when we left still waiting and with little kids. It's ridiculous. If you don't want to do your job, then don't work there or to whoever is in charge, get your people to do their jobs or get new people.

This location is never open when they say they are supposed to be.
Before Thanksgiving sign said closed the 22nd till whenever, they were closed the 20 and 21st too. I’ve been there four times this week, at different hours, closed!! The lady finished my mom’s application using my credentials and now I can’t get into my account. Never answer the phone, they definitely need to hire some help.
** In response to your reply, I understand when the state closes you close too, BUT, the state was not closed on those days.

The lady in this place is awesome , stayed well after closing time to help me out and help me understand my issues with insurance questions . Highly recommend this place and it’s awesome worker

MANY times I try to come here and NO ONE is even there. Their "personal" problems have caused me problems. This place needs employees they can depend on. It's awful

Ive never had a more pleasant experience going to a government establishment than this one. The employee there was so awesome, professional, and function like a well oiled machine. I was in and out of there with my food stamp renewal in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place.
