Horrible place to work. Negative energy if you don’t fit the look of the name-keep (A.C.C) with the exception of (Ann) who seems to run the whole facility from a staffing position and a click of women who have been cna’s there 20 plus years. The favoritism is real among staff and residents, Very clickish The care of your loved one depends on how wealthy they are or how big the donation. A week after I was hired, the administrator who hired me quit NO NOTICE and walked out!!! RED FLAG?

not good place for work, not recommended , they are bad with registry CNA . give you hard sections and also one by one patients which usually regular cna has to do it .
also you cannot sit in the hall way and watch falling risk patients even ask the night shift nurse.
also most of regular cna doesn’t like registry .
their regular cna goes to patient room and sit in there and they say nothing to them but they will block you in the clipboard if you siting in hall way or nursing station even you have permission from night shift nurse . unfortunately scheduler make decisions for every thing , they even not ask nurses who is good cna or bad cna . I think she was Ann

All the staff was great despite the heavy work load I never saw anyone with a frown on there faces even in the hallways, most of all it seemed like they was alway in a hurry. The food was good the best I ever had in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. I really loved my whole care team.

I was a wound care physician at ACC and up to 30 other nursing homes as well in the area. I visited every nursing home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I can attest that ACC is hands down the best nursing home there is in the Sacramento region (sorry to other nursing homes, if you're reading this). Staff is great and attentive, place was always clean and just pleasant overall to visit. Main staff physician was there in person on a regular basis, which is a huge plus!

The culture is much different due to the demographic of the patients and residents that are served; as if the staff were caring for their own family members. The staff put great care and respect into the needs of all of the individuals. I highly recommend this facility to those looking for a safe and comfortable place for loved ones.

When my grandpa was admitted to the hospital for a fall and Infection, I knew that he was going to need a little more help before returning home independently. After touring, calling, and reading reviews about different skilled nursing facilities, we knew that ACC was our top pick! It was a blessing for my grandpa when we found out he was accepted for rehab. The minute he arrived, he was greeted by their friendly staff. They showed us around the facility and made sure he felt comfortable. The facility is very clean and bright. The front desk is centralized. Everyone greeted my grandpa by name from the beginning.On the second day, we were invited to a comprehensive family meeting. The point of the meeting? To make sure his days spent at ACC were as close to his normal routine at home. He spent 2 weeks at ACC and our family still can’t thank them enough! We never worried about him being there and we were constantly reassured by staff that he was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one. Thank you ACC!

The staffs at ACC are very caring and professional; the facility is very bright and clean.
Our mom receives superb care there and we really appreciate that the staffs there always keep us informed about our mom's status.
