This is one of my favourite shops, ideal for all sorts, I use this shop for my millinery bits for hat making ,down to my upholstery making ,live love love this shop,and staff are always helpful ,just wish there was one in my home town of leek ,there fabric is great for furniture and hats

Whether I'm popping in to pick up a few bits or browsing fabrics for hours, I love spending time here, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, it's such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very knowledgeable if you need advice on a project and are always happy to help.
I just wish their closing times matched the rest of Hanley, I always find myself rushing to get here in time. Wheelchair accessibility is also an issue, there are no ramps and the shop is split across two levels with a few steps in-between. There are two entrances but both have steps. Dispite these problems I still can't give this shop anything less than 5 stars as they make up for it in other areas.

Good shop and nice staff but I strongly disagree with any business who refuses cash. Surely cash is legal tender and no business should be able to refuse it. Crazy practice as banks are the only winners

Our go to fabric shop in the area. Staff are really friendly and helpful and it's got a decent range of fabrics and extras. If a costume needs putting together then this is where it comes from. Last creation was 3 medieval hoods.

Not really disabled accessible but the staff went out of their way to help my mother who would have been unable to shop there if the staff were not so good. The rating given is based purely on the staff please please make it more accessible mum loves sewing she bought a lot of materials but this was because you have excellent staff.
