I've always wanted a tattoo and was never comfortable with the artists I came across. I saw one of Angel's tattoos she did for her mom and it was lovely!! I booked my 1st appointment and was thrilled with the results! I have several tattos she has done for me and I look forward to doing more with Angel! I am a life time customer! I love the studio, It Always Hurts, downtown, with easy parking and it's right across from the Icon hotel. Great experience and great tattoos! Thank you Angel!!

Kayla is the best tattoo artist ever. Her hand is as soft as a feather and i got a tattoo on my ribs and didn’t even feel it!! She is so good and so are all the artists here. If you bring a friend they’ll give you a little discount in group deals but $100 house minimum is so good with amazing artists. I love this place it’s my go-to spot.

Aaron is the best!!! It was my first time going to It Always Hurts Tattoo and my experience was exceptional. He is very detail-oriented, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to tattoos and the process. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and his drawings were so much better than what we had in mind. He took his time to explain the aftercare as well as suggested what products work best.

This was my first tattoo and I searched long and hard to find the right artist. Aaron S.’ excellent portfolio of work stood out as he is a truly skilled artist.

Aaron was the 5th artist I spoke to and was the most patient and easiest to talk to/work with. Let’s just say customer service isn’t necessarily a focal point for most other tattoo artists.

He partnered with me to customize my design and I love the artistic flair he added to it. (Let him cook!)

I would recommend him to all my friends and family and will be returning for my 2nd tattoo!

Top notch place, with have gotten to know an awesome person that goes by the name Aaron Sobremonte, the dude kills it by given great tattoos that are always one of a kind pieces of art, I should know we have spent hours together, 4 great pieces on myself and more to come in the near future. If you bring him a picture or have an awesome idea, just get with him and he will definitely fix you up with a piece you will cherish.. I could keep going about hours of great talks or all the sick tattoos he creates either way you cannot go wrong by contacting him…
