One customer visited the T-Mobile store in Times Square with low expectations, anticipating a difficult experience in such a crowded area. To their surprise, they encountered a far better experience than expected. They were greeted by Angel, a floor manager, who assisted them with an issue they’d been facing with their iPhone 13 Pro, which hadn’t charged properly in months. Fearing they might need to upgrade, the customer was relieved when Angel immediately inspected the phone, cleaned the port, and within five minutes, had it charging like new. The customer was especially impressed by Angel’s professionalism and care, noting that when they offered to pay for her help, she graciously declined. A dedicated T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, they expressed gratitude and hoped the feedback would reach Angel's next performance review.

I recently went into the time square T-Mobile store looking to upgrade to a new iPhone and had such a great experience. There was this associate that helped me named Santi. He was very helpful and informative. I was considering switching from a 13 Pro Max to a 16 plus and he essentially made me realize the 16 plus is almost the same thing as my 13 in terms of the camera which is what I most wanted to improve. I ended up getting the 16 pro max and I am very happy with my decision! He didn’t make me feel like he was trying to push a product on me but instead actually listened to what I wanted out of my new device. When someone in sales listens instead of just pushing products on me I really appreciate it. I will most definitely be returning to that store in the near future.

By far my favorite T-Mobile store. I throughly enjoy the staff and they are always friendly and beyond helpful. I have gotten to know Jim and Max over the years and they are truly the most helpful employees and I love popping in to say hey to them when I’m in the area.

Staff were welcoming upon arrival. I had an issue with my phone and my problems were resolved. I stayed for an additional inquiry regarding some accessories and was given great advice about the product. I spoke with Christopher and he was absolutely help. Highly recommend this store!

I visited the Times Square branch to purchase an eSIM, and the service I received was outstanding. The agent who assisted me was incredibly quick and helpful. During the brief wait for the eSIM to activate, they managed to brighten my day. It was my first time visiting the city, and I was having a stressful day, but this agent's positive attitude and great suggestions really made a difference. I didn’t catch their name or thank them properly. I even ended up buying a second SIM card a day later when I returned to the store to thank them, but unfortunately, they weren’t there. If anyone from the store sees this, please let me know who helped me during my first visit. I’d love to express my gratitude in person next time I'm in the city.
