Communication here was top tier. My husband was arrested for operating a motorcycle without an endorsement around 7pm one day. I called ACC around 9pm. Not only did they call me back in a timely fashion, I also received text message updates with the process. Everything was set and paid by 11pm. I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped me now but she did let me know she had jus had a baby and even with all that going on, she was on top of everything for us and we got my husband out of there before noon the next day (that’s just how slow our jails are, had nothing to do with the bondsman). I appreciated the friendly people, the fact that they acted promptly, and the constant updates on how everything was going. I haven’t been in legal trouble in some years now but I used to use them a lot, unfortunately but it’s nice to see their service is still as good as it’s always been. Thank you all for all of your help. Hopefully we won’t need you again but if I do, you’ll be my first call.

I called to get information to have my brother bonded out bc we are not from Polk, I guess I was asking to many questions and this company was beyond rude and ignorant and even hung up on me … I highly do not recommend!!! I wasn’t aggressive, simply trying to figure out why do I need to send documents over if I am trying to get information & the process to gether information for my brothers elderly mom to get him out! You simply said “I’m not waiting on hold for a hour to only provide you information” and hung up !! Called another company in Lakeland and was provided the information within 2 mins and she was able to get my brother out without any issue .

This place is the best. Kayla is so kindhearted and supportive. I was a mess and she was amazing. So sweet so caring. She went above and beyond for me and my family and I’m so thankful. She didn’t have to comfort me during this situation…but she truly did. Thank you Kayla.
