ACC Medlink performed a great, professional, and successful transfer for my Mother-in-Law from New Jersey at South Carolina.
All telephone representatives were very prompt courteous and professional in the scheduling process and the crew in the transport were great! Would definitely use them again in the event we would need another transfer.

This company is outstanding. There are kind, personable, knowledgeable. They took excellent care of my family member for an 8 hour transport. They kept me informed on how she was doing and how the trip was going throughout the journey. When they got to the house, they couldn’t maneuver the bed into the room so the two gentlemen carefully picked her up and carried her to the hospital bed. Oh! And it was sprinkling outside a little bit so they requested an umbrella over her to keep her comfortable. Just an amazing, caring group of people.

Use another service! We transported our mom from Georgia to Florida. Ryan didn’t discuss the time. I assumed it would be during the day, they scheduled it for 11:30 pm without asking. When we requested to changed the time, the next day, after booking and signing the papers, we were told it would cost 2,500 dollars to change the time. Requesting a female nurse is an additional 2,500 dollars. The staff were top notch and the transportation was smooth but some items were left of the van and were never delivered to the facility as promised.

Every time I got on the phone with them whoever answered was completely prepared every single time. The payment process was smooth. I rode along myself with my 93-year-old mother. The nurse and the drivers were very careful and professional even in snowy conditions. I would highly recommend this company to others!

From prompt callback and answers and arrangements, all the way through the 17 hour safe and sound trip from Maine to Virginia,, to a happy ending of a safe and secure move by our combined family's parents to a warmer and safer new place to live. A family member accompanied our parents and helped the fabulous staff on board be able to do their best work, which is FIVE STAR!

It was always incredibly easy to get someone on the phone who knew exactly what was going on with our travel. Then on travel day, we had DeAngelo, Amalex, and Kevin. They were communicative, respectful, and timely in transporting my husband's uncle from Ohio to South Carolina. I'd like to express my most invaluable experience with ACC Medlink Transport. Evelyn wrapped up my pre-trip authorizations and scheduling. I cannot say enough good words on how thorough, active and timely responsiveness for a tricky weather affected trip and coordination on many levels with a rehab finalization of release paperwork in one state and the proper scheduling on dispatch of a vehicle with a full team after many airports had cancellations due to weather creating an after normal hours arrival in another state for which Evelyn assured arrival at pickup time from the current facility was set in place and the end result was just as she stated. Thank you Evelyn. The trip from Snohomish, Wa to Sun City, Az, the three man team included Eric Adler, Kacey Roache and Quintavias Buxton. The trip was a 24 hr trip with challenging weather conditions. I will say I am one to feel best when I am in control of driving but I was quite impressed and felt very safe with the responsiveness of Eric and Kasey. The ride was comfortable and clean with the provided accomodations. The extreme comfort level of the vehicle interior was quite noticeable for our long trip. My father in law has dementia and sundowners syndrome. He just spent a wk in the hospital with a follow up three weeks in rehab and was very verbal on this trip interrupting any sleep the crew may usually get under other normal circumstances. Quintavias proactively assured a safe secure transport for Chuck and administered prescribed meds, ensured proper hygiene, worked methodically in a consistent manner throughout this trip in calming Chuck when outbursts arose. Food and drink was administered, as well. This company provides meals, snacks and drinks. There were intermittent stops along our way to provide restroom trips and stretch out the body while refueling the vehicle. This routine kept us on schedule as planned. This crew should be kept as a permanent team. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. Thank you all, Kasey, Eric and Quintavias "Q". You all were a joy to have in a family setting on our trip. This crew deserves a raise and some extra rest once we said our goodbyes. I highly recommend ACC Medlink Transport for special needs when unable to do this task on your own. The price is not cheap, but your final decision will prove to be a positive experience.
