Incredibly competent and fast. It’s very bridal focused, but they do more than that too. I got my kilt resized here (my family’s tartan, so I was cautious) and they did great work.

10/10 service. Came by 5 mins before closing on a Monday for a dress I needed tailored by EOW. The receptionist let me up and graciously squeezed me in for an appointment the following day. Returned the following day and met the lovely Grace and skilled Tatyana who made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I left Alts knowing my suit dress would be in great hands and ready in time for my event! Vibe and service was terrific and I’ll definitely be returning!

I came in for a button that fell out while walking. The store seemed like it would be too busy or maybe a button wouldn’t be worth their time. As soon as I entered they were very accommodating and asked all the right questions. They took on my request immediately and finished even quicker than I can imagine. I loved my experience with Alts Soho!
People were super lovely! Altina was my designer and she offered solutions very quickly about the issue that I came with. My dress wouldn’t close! She was able to create more fabric out of pieces of the same dress and at the end I couldn’t notice any difference just that now it was able to close.
It is not a cheap service but it shouldn’t be since you want someone to take care of your wedding dress with a lot of care and expertise. So be mindful. My issue cost $350 with an additional $70 to make a loose part of the dress fit better on my back.
It was totally worth it! And I was able to wear the dress I wanted!
The location is also pretty good if you are coming from anywhere, very close to Prince st station.

I walked into Atls, needing a same-day repair for a top that was missing a hook. They could not have been nicer! Oksana, the master fitter, worked her magic and fixed my top in just a few minutes. She even found a replacement hook that matched the original color perfectly. Amazing service and attention to detail!
