Went into Boots today to get a Christmas present from Clinique and asked a worker called Ella for help who stopped what she was doing to help me. She was so lovely and helped me find the right mascara. Thanks again Ella for going above and beyond you made my day xx

I had a disappointing experience at Boots Pharmacy when I went for an HPV vaccine. The nurse was late, explaining that the delay was due to a visit from the head office and that they hadn’t had time to eat—comments that felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Worse, the nurse proceeded to administer the vaccine without washing her hands or wearing gloves, which I found extremely unhygienic and concerning. Basic hygiene standards should be non-negotiable, especially in a healthcare setting. This experience left me questioning the overall professionalism and attention to detail at this location.

I went to boots in Atira shopping centre with a friend and family member we were followed the whole time even after the security watched my friend pay. I feel like this was a racial thing as my friend was black and he was the only one out of all of us that was followed even though he was the only one who actually bought something from there. they only left us alone when my aunt had a few words with them.

Overall this Boots is well stocked and more often than not is has what I need.

However on the last few occasions I've had to turn around and leave seconds after entering as it is just far too hot to stay. Regardless of the current hot weather we're having, the store is unbearable even on cooler days.

You'd assume a store as well established and popular nationwide as Boots they'd be able to invest in air conditioning to ensure customers don't leave before even looking.

I'd rather visit the Waterfields site instead.

GO TO NEXT. The range is better and the service much higher standard.

Went in to get Clarins products and the lady hosting the section was so busy chatting to her friend she rather point you in the direction of the tills with endless queues than stop her conversation to actually serve people. See if Next is any better.

I often shop in the perfume and brand area, but I’ve noticed that I’m never asked if I need any help.
The last time I visited, when it was my turn to be served, I asked for a perfume, and the cashier told me to wait on the side. She then let everyone behind me pass because it took two more minutes to open the glass door. I had to wait much longer than necessary, and I don’t understand why this happened.

She suggested me everything from the base to lip shade just everything... Thank you so much for your help Amisha ✨ I will surely be back if I need any help with that ? Thank you once again
