Nancy in the clothing department was the sweetest nicest most helpful sales person I’ve ever met! I’ve been looking for a particular jacket for years and it was in the store not my size and she helped scourer the internet and found me it in my size apparently it was discontinued thank you Nancy!

There’s an older woman who my family sees quite frequently when going to this store location. Every time we have been followed, watched and accused of stealing by this woman. She even took it to length of getting authorities involved. As frequent paying customers of this location, it’s been frustrating to say the least.
I feel as though this woman profiles & discriminates against people of color, or anyone who isn’t the typical, wealthy, white American.
I would avoid going to this location. You’ll save yourself a headache, & time/money due to dealing with her false accusations.

Whoever this lady is has no business working in customer service. This employee is wasting time & resources, and making returning customers uncomfortable when shopping.
I hope this is investigated further, because she made very serious accusations that have created unnecessary stress for all parties involved.

This place has so much stuff for my trailer it wasn't even funny I was all over the place looking for stuff. They have tires harnesses for wiring it was like getting back home in the stores I grew up in

I went in on Black Friday looking for deck chairs. The manager, the garden center manager, and the employees that helped me load and check out were all so helpful I had to take the time to complement this team. Thank you!

Went into Jax after some grains for my chickens. I am willing to pay more for high quality products. I asked the cashier if I could scan them as one especially was heavy. No she wanted to do it and had to reach over the counter to reach them. Instead of lifting the bag as most would do she jerked the large ingredient tag off to get the bar code. It didn’t work for her so then she had to enter it manually. You could see she was already upset.
It was expensive and I gave her 3 $50 dollar bills. The total was $115 with change. She handed me back $4.00 and some coins. I said I gave you $150.00. She said No you didn’t! The receipt she handed me said I gave her $120.00. I had to demand she look in the cash drawer - under the other bills There was my $150.00, 3 50’s just as I said) I said you owe me $30, and she finally gave it to me. No apology, nothing. Then she asked her boss to go for a walk! I went over to the rotund guy that appeared to be the boss and said Your cashier doesn’t know how to give change. I didn’t accuse her of deliberating keeping my money or anything. He said - “ I was was hard on her. “ I said she wouldn’t have even looked for my 50’s if I hadn’t insisted!! We just need more patience He said! ! As a customer what I need is good service!! I don’t have time to stand around being patient. I don’t ask anyone to baby me. I only want to get the product so I can go home and do My Work. She made a mistake so she has to go for a walk with his blessing! Employees are pathetic nowadays! But their bosses who baby them are worse!!

Friendly staff helped us find the FR selection and prices were very reasonable! Nancy was a delight and I will absolutely return to this location in the future!

Jax has very interesting product line. I enjoyed their farm animal section. People here are helpful and attentive. There are farm fashion area, and I liked the old fashioned feeling there. Much more fun than Home Depot or Lowe's.
