I had a fantastic experience with Danny recently and wanted to share my experience. I found a dress I LOVED for a Mother of the Bride dress in Texas (where I live), but no one near me had the color and size I needed. I found the exact dress in the size and color I wanted online at Dress Me Up New York and ordered it. Unfortunately, Danny called to tell me the dress was actually not available. After a bit of conversation, Danny was able to special order this dress in the size and color I wanted direct from the manufacturer and shipped it to me. You need to understand....this dress was on BACKORDER (to January), but Danny went ABOVE AND BEYOND and got me this beautiful dress in plenty of time to be slightly altered (it was a bit long) for my daugher's December wedding!! Danny....THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I felt so pretty and got so many compliments at her wedding. Of course, the bride was the star of the show, but I was so impressed with this customer service experience and I wanted to send a thank you!!

I would add pictures, but the wedding was yesterday and I have not received pictures yet from the photographer. 🙂

I was in a tough situation, needing a dress for a wedding on extremely short notice. After searching everywhere with limited success, I luckily came across Dress Me Up, and they were a lifesaver! From the moment I got there, they immediately worked with me to understand my needs and helped with sizing. I can't say enough about my experience with this store. Daniel had the dress that I was searching for. He took pictures and texted them to me so I would be comfortable that it was the right dress. He was so sweet and made sure that I would be happy. I got the dress the next morning!! I love it and I really wanted to hug Daniel!!!

I purchased the dress here online with two day shipping. Nothing was shipped. No communication was provided. You called the website phone number and it is one woman who seems confused. She has no answers to your questions and says her boss is out of the store and it’s she’s the only one working. She then says your dress is out of stock, but no refund is processing. There is no one to come in contact with and you would never have known if you weren’t calling at hunting down the dress. Avoid this store and website. I would give zero stars if able.

Came from Montreal to find a unique prom dress . We found it on the first try at Dress me up. Gorgeous , unique . Wonderful service . This trip was worth it and we are leaving with a very happy teenager .
