Habitué de la marque Hermès , très déçu de l’accueil. Dans la boutique sur madison avenue aucun accueil, et dans la boutique de wall street le portier est extrêmement désagréable. Pas de bonjour, et, nous n’avons pas pu entrer avec un sac Kelly en main.

華爾街的愛馬仕在銅牛附近,就在隔壁巷子不難找,除了包之外店裡東西挺多的,飾品、衣物、鞋子、化妝品和香水啥的都有,想買包依然就是認真配貨囉!

Unfortunately, it’s a disaster of a place. The ladies in black are unpleasant and arrogant. Touching the merchandise is strictly prohibited; there are signs that say "touch it with your eyes only," and trying it on is out of the question. Taking pictures of the items is also not allowed, and this restriction applies to the salespeople as well; they cannot send images to customers.

The store is overstaffed, yet no one is available to assist. If someone wants to know the price of an item, help is only available when a salesperson has time to come over. The clothes on display are wrinkled and unappealing, resembling second-hand items. There are too many managers, equally arrogant and nasty, and it’s unclear what they are managing. Many staff members seem more focused on socializing with each other than on assisting customers.

Additionally, the branch in the Wall Street area has been locked for almost a year, keeping customers out. The employees seem lazy, preferring to keep the door shut rather than provide service.

Thankfully, I went around the corner to Goyard, where the salespeople are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hermes should consider returning to making items for animals, as they clearly struggle with customer service for humans. I hope the headquarters in France reads this review and takes action.

As a long time customer of Hermes, I’m sad to say this was the worst experience I ever had. I placed an order online for a couple ties, a belt, and a series 10 Apple Watch to be picked up in store. When I arrived, the door was locked. The security guard was fairly nice, but it took 20 MINUTES for someone to greet me. In the end, NO ONE greeted me. I had to go up to an associate and ask for help, after the associates had walked past me at least 7 times. It was only after I showed them the email and receipt of my purchase that they started to be very nice to me. After spending almost $5000 on merchandise, I was left feeling ashamed that I gave them my money. I felt extremely pre judged. I’m a young guy 26 years old, and they were busy talking to what appeared to be older, more affluent people. But all I can say is don’t judge a book by its cover. I won’t ever be returning to this Hermes again. If you want better service, I highly recommend the Hermes in Short Hills, New Jersey. For a company that prides itself on delivering quality and luxury products to their customers, the Wall Street location should be ashamed that their service doesn’t match their business model.

Disappointing customer experience. They don't consider you. I had to wait more than 20 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help while I wanted to buy a pair of shoes. I won't come back for my next purchases.

Came here one afternoon as a walk-in searching of a new perfume for spring. Was lucky enough there was no line. Everyone in the store was very attentive. They opened the double door for me and asked if I need help to find something. I just started my Hermes journey so I wasn’t sure what to get so they let me look around and said to come to them anytime if I need help. I went to try out couple of scents that I’m already familiar with and they also presented the ones they just released this season. When i went to pay, SA Cristine made an account for my handbag wishlist and she texted me the day after! Shout out to Christine and all the staff in Hermes Broad St! 🙂

I’ve shopped at multiple Hermes stores around the world making a decent purchase nothing extravagant but at this location the staff felt like they didn’t really care and wanted you in and out though it was empty.

I walked in and a sales person yells across the room “ can I help you” I feel like that’s not how anyone especially in a luxury store should be greeted.

While they made some effort to find what I wanted the checkout process felt rushed. I mentioned I was buying a gift and at other stores they take some extra effort to pack the items well here it was kind of thrown into the bag and handed to me.

Overall I’d say the Williamsburg one is much better to shop. I only went here because I was right by it. Won’t be doing that again!
