I wish I could leave a positive review but this review is strictly about price. They advertise that a hem is only $65 but because one of my bridesmaids had to use this establishment, and the bridesmaids dress has two layers, she was charged $140 FOR A SIMPLE HEM. They did not tell her that from the beginning or even give her an estimate. My other bridesmaid, that had the same exact dress, who also only got a hem, only paid $99. Again, not the advertised price. I would NOT recommend this place.

I took my wedding dress and fiance's suit jacket here and safe to say, we will not be going back. They price gauged us and did not adhere to their timeline. I am now having to take my dress to a separate place because they did not honor their word. Please be advised before taking any items here, as their excuse for raising the price on me was that "they had to pay rent somehow".

I am elated with the experience we had, my son had his first tailored moment, being measured and able to walk out the store with his entire prom outfit, shoes and all. Great customer service and quick alteration turnaround.

They left large stains in my denim jumpsuit and then when i asked “what are these stains from” they said they “forgot to tell me that they noticed it when i dropped it off”. The jumpsuit has NEVER been worn, it has been sitting in its shopping bag because it didn’t fit. The stains are CONVENIENTLY located right next to their stitch work. Would’ve appreciated some honesty so i can treat the stains properly. Couldn’t get a discount or anything because i paid upfront. I understand mistakes happen and that’s okay if you can provide honesty or at the least be accommodating. They NEVER compensated or made it right.

Came to silver thimble for my wedding dress alterations and again for a bridesmaid dress. They do excellent work and provide wonderful customer service. I love this business and would recommend to anyone!

Took these in and the stitch they did was so bad I couldn’t roll the pants up how you’re supposed to wear them. Because on top of that the lady just came made her mark and said to change. Didn’t ask how I wanted them to sit or anything.

DO NOT COME HERE!! This was my first time coming as I needed to get the straps of my dress altered for an upcoming wedding I have to attend. I ask when it will be ready he tells me Thursday WITHOUT me even saying the date I needed it. I didn't think to ask for the price because their price board says $20 for what I needed to get done. However, the day I pick it up he says my total is $87.. I got my straps hemmed, and wanted to get it dry cleaned. I didn't tell them a specific day I needed the dress and he charged me a $25 rush fee even though it was only going to take 2 days to fix the dress straps. I pick up the dress and it is in the exact same condition it was in.. wrinkly!! Not only did he overcharge me, but when I confronted him he said those are his prices in the books even though his price board says otherwise. His customer service is awful and hung up on me when I called. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT COME HERE.

Been using them for about a year now and have had excellent service every single time! They are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating on getting the alterations done in a timely manner. I’ve had several pants and dresses hemmed and they’ve all been great. Can’t recommend them enough!
